Job Title: Systems Project Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Project Consultant to join our team at My Florida Corp Defunct. As a key member of our Division of Technology and Innovation, you will be responsible for managing IT procurements and executing IT contracts and amendments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical consultation, research, and recommendations for technology purchases.
  • Enter requests for e-quotes into MFMP Collaboration.
  • Monitor contracts for compliance and performance.
  • Receive, review, and process invoice submissions in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings for the Division's technical contacts.
  • Advise management on policy problems related to technology needs.
  • Assist management in developing plans for meeting customer requests.
  • Coordinate the tracking of deliverables and supporting work products.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge and experience using MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP).
  • Knowledge of State procurement policy and procedure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to analyze, reconcile, and track information to issue resolutions.
  • Ability to think and act independently to research and resolve issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) certification.
