Salary and Benefits

As a Certified Caregiver with Presbyterian Homes & Services, you can expect a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $19.71 per hour, plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Job Description

The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide (Resident Assistant) provides high-quality personal care and services to residents, supporting their Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices. This role requires demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
  • Demonstrated experience in caregiving, preferably in an assisted living setting
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
