Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RPA Developer and Consultant to join our Tennessee consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA technology and experience in designing, developing, and delivering automation solutions using UiPath.

The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with business teams to drive the implementation of new automation solutions, lead the design and development of robust, scalable RPA solutions, and conduct thorough analysis of business processes to determine feasibility for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and develop automation workflows
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to determine feasibility for automation
  • Lead the design and development of robust, scalable RPA solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers and other team members
  • Prepare, maintain, and update process design documentation related to business and operational workflows
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with.NET, C#, or other programming languages
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL
  • Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
  • UiPath certification

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $200,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation, including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
