Job Description:
The Parts Coordinator will assist account managers and technicians by ensuring they are scheduled and supplied with all necessary parts to maximize their efficacy throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Receives incoming requests for needed parts, including replenishment of parts used the previous day and orders non-stock parts via the COINS P.O. system
- Coordinates part/pick-up and deliveries to Service Technicians as needed
- Maintains documentation for refrigerant purchases and usage, including stock of clean tanks and returning used refrigerant to vendor for processing
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher
- Three years of related experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
