Responsabilidades del Trabajo
  • Encargado de la preparación y disposición de todo el trabajo de Auditoría Nocturna.
  • Responsable de la operación de la recepción durante el turno nocturno (típicamente de 11 p.m. a 7 a.m.) y otros turnos de recepción según se programe.
  • Responsabilidades primarias: registrar huéspedes, realizar reservas, preparar informes diarios, equilibrar transacciones y llevar a cabo recorridos de seguridad.

Calificaciones

o Al menos 1 año de experiencia progresiva en un hotel o en un campo relacionado es requerido.
o Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
o La formación universitaria en un campo relacionado es útil.
o Debe ser capaz de trabajar de manera independiente y con supervisión mínima. Autogestionado.
o Conocimiento de principios contables.
o Debe ser capaz de resolver problemas y solucionar inconvenientes para resolver problemas de huéspedes que puedan surgir y responder a situaciones de emergencia.
o Debe ser capaz de transmitir información e ideas de manera clara.
o Debe ser capaz de evaluar y seleccionar entre alternativas de acción de manera rápida y precisa.
o Debe ser efectivo en el manejo de problemas en el lugar de trabajo, incluyendo anticipar, prevenir, identificar y resolver problemas según sea necesario.
o Debe ser capaz de trabajar con y entender información financiera y datos, así como funciones aritméticas básicas.
o Debe ser capaz de trabajar en un entorno autogestionado.
o Debe ser efectivo en escuchar, entender y aclarar las preocupaciones y problemas planteados por compañeros de trabajo y huéspedes.

Este rol puede tener demandas físicas que incluyen, pero no se limitan a, levantar, doblar, empujar, tirar y/o caminar y estar de pie durante períodos prolongados. Este rol también puede requerir uniformes y/o el uso de equipo de protección personal (EPP).
