Job Overview

Rosendin Electric, a leading electrical contractor in the US, is seeking an experienced Contract Agreement Specialist. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless contract administration, fostering strong partnerships with subcontractors, and driving business growth.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $72,100 to $94,700 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our compensation package includes a 401(k) plan, annual bonus program, and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process agreements, including subcontracts and change orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Determine the most suitable method for processing subcontracts based on factors like dollar amount, timeliness, existing contracts, and competitive bidding.
  • Address discrepancies, incomplete information, clarifications, and compliance in documentation.
  • Issue and maintain agreements, such as subcontracts, design service agreements, work authorizations, and change orders, following department processes and workflows.
  • Participate in developing department instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct subcontract-related audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Foster effective partnerships with subcontractors to achieve active cooperation, team alignment, and stimulate future award opportunities.
  • Analyze subcontract and project data to report trends to management.
  • Communicate subcontract procedures and policies to departments.
  • Coordinate with various departments on agreement issuance and change orders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in construction purchasing or contract administration, preferably in electrical construction.
  • A combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
