About the Opportunity: We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Paint and Product Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for suggesting ways to improve sales, complying with inventory control procedures, and recommending paint and related products to customers.

About You: To succeed in this role, you must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English. You should also be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish. Additionally, you must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right paint and related products
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Tint and mix products as needed
  • Stock shelves and set up displays
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks
  • Assist in making deliveries as needed
