At Sentara, we're seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a CT Scan Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Computed Tomography (CT) scans and CT-guided interventional procedures under the direction of a qualified physician.
  • Provide patient and family education on imaging procedures and results.
  • Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean and operational environment.
  • Complete department documentation and maintain adequate supply inventory.

Requirements:

  • TS - Trade School Graduate: Radiologic Technology (Required)
  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) - Certifications - Other/National, Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - Certifications - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
