Job Responsibilities

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing Nuclear Medicine procedures in accordance with established hospital policies and protocols.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred
  • Current licensure in Nuclear Medicine with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) is required
  • Registration in Nuclear Medicine with either the NMTCB or ARRT within six months of hire
  • BLS certification from the AHA must be obtained within 90 days of hire
  • ACLS certification is required within six months of hire
  • Completion of a Basic Cardiac Monitoring class within four months of hire is necessary
  • Ability to operate advanced Nuclear Medicine gamma cameras, probes, computer systems, film processors, survey meters, and other technical support devices is essential
Work Schedule

5x8 Hour shifts.
