Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train prisoner workers in food preparation and service
  • Oversee the preparation of meals according to standardized processes, recipes, and menus
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Manage inventory and supplies of food and kitchen equipment

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in quantity cooking and food preparation, including 1 year equivalent to a Cook E6
