  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $19.50, with an additional $2.50 for weekend shifts
  • Sign-on Bonus: $500.00*
  • Employee Referral Bonus: $500.00*
  • Dental Insurance: *Eligibility after 3-6 months and if you meet minimum requirements
  • 40 hours Paid Sick Leave: *
  • Life Insurance: paid by employer, $25,000 coverage
  • Kaiser medical eligibility: actively working and completed 6 months + 750 hours

We're looking for caring and compassionate individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of seniors. As a Home Instead caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and personalities.

Requirements:

  • No experience nor certification necessary
  • Ability to pass drug screening, fingerprint clearance, TB clearance, and Physical
  • Driver's License/State ID (Required)
  • Work Authorization (Required)
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching
  • Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Ability to assist with toileting and incontinence issues
