Position Overview: Tact Staff is in search of a skilled travel nurse RN specializing in the Emergency Department (ED) to deliver exceptional nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care by employing the nursing process effectively. This role involves collaboration with the healthcare team to uphold professional nursing standards and hospital policies. The nurse will coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure patient and family-centered care.

Essential Duties:
  • Evaluate the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient and family requirements.
  • Conduct appropriate interventions based on patient assessments.
  • Monitor and assess patient responses to nursing interventions.
  • Maintain accountability for delivering quality patient care and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Submission Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Room. Certifications such as TNCC or ENPC are mandatory. A Michigan nursing license is required, and verification must be provided at the time of submission.
