Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at The Grand Marlin Restaurant Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in all food preparation areas
  • Manage and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
  • Develop and implement recipes and menus to meet the needs of our guests
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks to achieve exceptional results
  • Respond to guest feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and carry supplies up to 50 pounds
