Painter Specialist

Kiawah Resort Associates, L.P. is seeking a skilled Painter Specialist to join our team. This role involves applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures to enhance their aesthetic appeal and protect them from environmental damage.

In this position, you will be responsible for surface preparation, including cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting, removing old paint using various methods, and repairing holes, cracks, and imperfections. You will also apply primers, sealers, and undercoats, mix and match paints and stains to achieve desired colors and finishes, and use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to apply paint and finishes.

As a Painter Specialist at Kiawah Resort Associates, L.P., you can expect to earn an estimated $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
