Clear Choice Custom Decks is seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will work on building high-quality decks, from framing to finishing touches, while leading by example and ensuring every project meets our commitment to quality.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in rough carpentry (framing) and fine/finish carpentry (interior trim, cabinet building, furniture building, woodworking, etc.). They must be able to lift 100lbs plus, regularly, and commute daily to Washtenaw, Oakland, Livingston, and/or Macomb counties. A valid driver's license is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $30 per hour, with overtime available for top performers. Our benefits package includes company-provided truck and tools, uniform, bonus/performance pay, unlimited overtime, weekly pay, boot stipend, paid time off, health insurance, 401K plan with employer match, healthcare savings account, and ongoing training and development.
