Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly manner, handle front desk activities, facilitate account updates, respond to member questions and concerns, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of our club.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
