Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, as well as implementing quality assurance guidelines and procedures to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor work plans, workloads, and associates to meet deadlines
  • Perform quality assurance functions, including slot profiling, inventory adjustments, and cycle inventory tests
  • Direct the work related to building efficiency and maintaining inventory integrity
  • Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Lead and participate in teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 6 months Walmart Quality Assurance experience or 1 year's Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment
  • Associates degree in a business-related field or 6 months experience as a Walmart Logistics associate
