As a right of way acquisition and property management expert, you will be responsible for managing project deliverables, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance with Wisconsin and Federal eminent domain laws.

About the Role:
  • Manage project deliverables, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with Wisconsin and Federal eminent domain laws
  • Oversee and support acquisition activities ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Apply knowledge of residential and commercial relocation under Wisconsin and federal laws

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of land economics and right-of-way acquisition principles, as well as strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. We offer a competitive salary of **$95,000 - 115,000 per year**, depending on experience, and a generous personal time off program.
