Position Overview
As a Shift Leader at Sully's Steamers Johnson City, you will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to established protocols. This role will report directly to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow company policies and service standards to enhance revenue and minimize costs across areas such as food, beverages, supplies, utilities, and staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards in food handling, overall cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Uphold the restaurant's professional image by enforcing cleanliness, dress code, and a polished appearance.
  • Ensure adherence to operational protocols, company policies, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Oversee consistent, high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Promote outstanding guest service in all interactions. Address customer complaints swiftly and take necessary actions to transform dissatisfied guests into loyal customers.
  • Provide direction to staff regarding operational and procedural issues.
  • Supervise staff activities and facilitate employee training during shifts.
  • Support the growth of team members by offering ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
  • Experience in various aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, safety protocols, company policies, and team leadership.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
