ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist to install and maintain radio frequency (RF) systems for full-time employment in Titusville, FL.

About the Role

This role involves working on-site to test, install, repair, and maintain both conventional and trunked two-way radio products. The ideal candidate will have experience with A/C circuitry-RF troubleshooting and be able to lift items that weigh 50lbs on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test, install, and maintain two-way radio equipment, including analog and digital radios, repeaters, and mobile/portable radios.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as required, using troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50lbs regularly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electronics, communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in RF system installation and maintenance.
  • Able to obtain FCC GROL license within 180 days of employment.
  • Valid US driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active FCC GROL license.
  • Experience programming radio equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand electronic drawings.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. ClearBridge Technology Group offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
