Job Overview

Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Foundation Drilling Laborer to join our Traveling Foundation Drilling Crew.

This entry-level position involves assisting the Foundation Driller with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operate hand tools, shovels, and other equipment as needed.
  • Assist with loading and unloading tools and equipment from support vehicles.
  • Participate in maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the Drill Rig Operator to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in individual and team settings.
  • A clean driving record (CDL preferred).
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical.
  • Willingness to work up to 6 days a week for 10-12 hour shifts.
  • Ability to carry 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
  • Reliable attendance history and strong mechanical skills.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 21 years old.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary: $25-$32 per hour based on experience.
  • $2000 sign-on bonus paid after 6 months of continuous employment.
  • Frequent employment progress reviews with potential raises based on performance.
  • Per diem payment starting at $100/day.
  • Generous end-of-year bonuses.
  • Paid travel to and from regular rotation breaks.
  • Christmas and New Year's holidays off.
