Your contributions will support the Food Truck Cook, Line Cook, and Cashier in delivering outstanding food and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating arrangements under appropriate supervision concerning facilities and operational needs.
  • Engage in maintaining and communicating schedules for all aspects of the service.
  • Address complaints swiftly and effectively while performing additional duties to foster goodwill.
  • Build and sustain internal and external relationships through effective communication with diverse groups.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to assess achievements and discuss necessary adjustments in goals or objectives based on current or anticipated conditions.
  • Support the implementation of measures to evaluate event effectiveness and success.
  • Utilize techniques aimed at enhancing productivity, minimizing costs, and elevating guest service.
  • Approach challenges with creativity; develop innovative solutions and ideas.
  • Ensure each guest and visitor feels welcomed, safe, and valued through your interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is necessary, along with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a driving permit as required for the position.
  • Successful completion of a drug test is a condition of employment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace is essential.
