Job Title: Registered Nurse - PRN

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a Registered Nurse - PRN to join our team at Enid Hospital. As a key member of our Labor Delivery Recovery Post Partum - Special Care Nursery team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and support our caregivers.

About the Role

The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals. You will be required to float to other units and may be required to participate in on-call status.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and re-assessment of patients
  • Development of the plan of care
  • Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
  • Evaluation of patient care interventions
  • Supervision and coordination of other licensed and non-licensed personnel
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • Two years of previous LPN or 1 year of previous RN experience required
  • Completion of the professional nurse orientation program and assigned unit orientation
  • Demonstration of core competencies within 90 days
  • Current BLS certification upon hire or completion within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
