Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Esperto Hospitality Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in an Italian cuisine setting
• At least one year of progressive experience in food preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
