At Jack Link's Protein Snacks, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Captain to join our aviation team. As a key member of our flight operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating company aircraft, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our continuous improvement culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate company aircraft in accordance with established company policies and procedures, adhering to all FAR's, ICAO guidelines, and manufacturer's recommended configurations.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations on each flight, offering options and solutions as flight times and business needs change.
• Embody our core value of 'Speed Matters' and demonstrate stewardship by ensuring the aircraft is clean and prepared for passengers.
• Proactively participate in our Safety Management System (SMS), identifying, reporting, and assisting in mitigating safety-related issues.
• Build strong relationships with passengers and collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
• An Airline Transport Pilot certificate - Multi Engine
• 4500 hours Total Time
• 1500 hours Pilot-In-Command
• 1500 hours Multi Engine Time
• Turbine experience
• International experience
• A first-class medical certificate
• An excellent safety record, with no FAA violations, accidents, or incidents
• Ability to travel 60-80% of the time
• A professional appearance and behavior
• Exceptional reliability and timeliness
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with recent Worldwide international experience, a Challenger 350 Type Rating with 3500 differences, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
