Amentum is seeking an Electrical Engineer-Senior to support our mission critical customer in Springfield, VA.

As a US Citizen, you must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Government security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage facilities operation and maintenance services, including construction, power generation, warehousing, transportation systems, environmental health and safety, security, and site maintenance.
  • Oversee engineering design, procurement, and construction or modifications to the installation that affect critical mission systems.
  • Approve and manage red line drawing, SOWs, and ROMs for proposed engineering solutions and modifications.
  • Work with tradesmen to troubleshoot and resolve system and facility issues.
  • Engineer and design electrical systems from generation to rack-mounted equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems, working with the government, in a secure atmosphere, and with data centers (power and cooling).
  • Configuration management experience and knowledge of SIEMENS and Lutron systems.
  • Must be a Professional Licensed Engineer (PE) in Electrical or able to obtain licensing.
