**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Home Team Associate to join our sales floor team at Walmart Supercenter #1264 in Bellefontaine, OH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation: $14 - $21 per hour, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
