Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Floor Associate to join our team at Country Supplier. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, as well as providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as emptying trash and garbage containers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and making sales recommendations.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
