Job Summary:

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Assoc Sample Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of sample and standard tasks, including receipt, check-in, login, labeling, launching, inventory, transport, check-out, and physical return and disposal of materials in support of the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of sample and standard procedures, including receipt, check-in, and login, to ensure accurate and timely processing.

• Communicate sample and standard status to laboratory staff, providing updates and guidance as needed.

• Train laboratory staff on sample and standard procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

• Review and provide feedback on laboratory requests, ensuring compliance with applicable SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on sample and standard procedures, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and ability to write and review SOPs and process improvement outlines.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
