Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and configure EWM business processes utilizing S4/HANA.
- Possess a solid understanding of master data configurations and business process mapping, including Business Partner, warehouse structure, and storage types.
- Understand business processes related to Process Oriented Storage Control and Layout Oriented Process controls.
- Manage and configure Yard Management and Transportation Unit Management.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of Fiori applications.
- Experience in enhancements within EWM is essential.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is required.
- Oversee EWM queue management.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of EWM integration with other modules such as QM, PP, MM, and SD.
- Handle inbound delivery processing, warehouse order management, and task management.
- Manage batch processing in goods receipt and goods issue.
- Oversee handling unit management during goods receipt and goods issue.
- Facilitate production supply management using Kanban.
- Develop packaging specifications and map customer-specific requirements.
- Configure and map wave management processes.
- Understand internal warehouse processes, controls, and monitoring.
- Manage bin replenishment through both manual and automated processes.
- Conduct physical inventory processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: At least one end-to-end implementation in the EWM domain.
- Completion of at least one full cycle implementation of SAP EWM along with one EWM support project.
- Overall experience in EWM ranging from 6 to 10 years.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and implementing SAP WM, MM, and EWM.
- Hands-on experience with various SAP solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP Info-structures.
- Ability to adhere to established working practices and standards.
