We are seeking skilled engineers to create and deploy new algorithms across various critical domains, including:
- Networking
- Distributed Data Fusion and Resource Management
- Electronic Warfare
- Command and Control (C2) Systems
Candidates with a background in systems control will find this role particularly relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design algorithms for distributed sensor networks and Command and Control systems that operate in unpredictable and dynamic environments. This includes:
- Reassigning jamming or sensing resources to ensure adequate coverage across multiple missions
- Implementing feedback-driven modifications in data compression or error correction protocols to adapt to variations in link performance or data sharing requirements
- Developing fusion or tracking algorithms that utilize data from diverse sensor networks
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in real systems with a concentration on control systems or algorithm development
- A proven history of working in research settings while being attuned to customer requirements and operational needs
- Proficiency in software development using languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, or Java
- A solid grasp of probability and statistics
- Ability to adapt and maintain organization in a fast-paced work environment
