Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent work schedule (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)
  • Process billing for new and pre-owned vehicles accurately
  • Ensure timely and precise titling of vehicles
  • Submit contract payoffs to relevant financial institutions
  • Manage deal funding processes
  • Adhere to manufacturer requirements for NVDR/incentives
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with CDK software is a plus
  • Ability to handle light office tasks as required
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Self-driven with the capability to complete daily responsibilities independently
  • Strong communication skills
