About the Position

This Registered Dietitian role offers a rewarding career opportunity with PACE Southeast Michigan, with an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $105,000. Your expertise in nutrition therapy and counseling will enable you to provide high-quality care and support to individuals and families in need.

Responsibilities
  • Nutrition Counseling: Provide individualized nutrition counseling and education to participants and their caregivers to promote healthy eating habits and nutrition knowledge.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for our participants.
  • Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that promote healthy aging and nutrition education.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field, completion of dietetic internship or equivalent practicum, and registration as a Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Skills and Qualifications: One year of experience working with aging adults, strong analytical skills, ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, and proficiency in adult learning principles.
