  • Adhere to and uphold the preventive maintenance schedule.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Recent experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine components and their integration.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with proven analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Availability to work during off shifts is required.
