This position is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the postpartum area of Shore Medical Center. The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment, planning, and implementation skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively to other healthcare team members.
The successful candidate will be a licensed RN in New Jersey, with current BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Intermediate computer skills, as well as strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
In addition to these requirements, the ideal candidate will be able to circulate and scrub in the OR, and possess the ability to walk and stand for extended periods, with the capacity to lift, push, and pull as needed.
A minimum of one year of experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred, along with ACLS and NRP certification. Shore Medical Center values diversity and inclusion, and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
