About the Role

The Office Manager will be part of our dynamic Human Resources Team, supporting our global offices across multiple disciplines. This role will manage day-to-day operations, ensure building systems are operational, and respond to maintenance requests.

  • Ensure all building systems are operational and maintained in accordance with company policies, environmental regulations, building codes, and local/national regulations
  • Respond to building occupant maintenance/repair requests
  • Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors performing building maintenance and janitorial work
What We Look For In You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of facilities maintenance experience
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work nights/weekends as necessary
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
