Residential Occupancy Verification Specialist

FAR Inspections, a leading provider of residential occupancy verification services, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. Based in Reno, NV, we have been serving the industry for over 9 years.

This role offers a unique chance to earn predictable full-time or supplemental income while enjoying a flexible schedule. As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Verify property occupancy through exterior inspections, with occasional interior photos required after properties go vacant.
• Report general property conditions using a mobile application, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

• A reliable vehicle with good gas mileage, as well as a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• A computer with an internet connection and a printer.
• The ability to pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license.

You can expect to earn a flat rate per inspection, equivalent to $20-$30 per hour. Your earnings will vary based on county volume, with lower volume counties offering higher rates and higher volume counties offering lower rates. There is no set number of inspections per month, but the work is consistent.

As you become established, have greater availability, or are willing to cover a larger territory, your earning potential increases. No additional mileage reimbursement is offered above the flat fee per inspection.
