We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at GES GROUP. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and standardization across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, standardize processes, and improve staff training and performance.
  • Visual Management: Design and standardize Visual Management Boards (VMBs), including creation of layouts, selection of metrics, and real-time updates.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and deliver training programs for leaders, including Leader Standard Work (LSW) and process improvement methodologies.
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI to provide real-time insights and track progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop and lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and standardization across departments.
  • Audit and Compliance: Develop and manage audit processes, including training staff and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing or Production Background: Required
  • US Citizenship: Required
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (e.g., PMP), or similar credentials that demonstrate expertise in process improvement and project management

Hybrid remote work arrangement in North Kingstown, RI
