Job Summary

Under the supervision of a professional nurse, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide direct care to patients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will assist patients with daily living activities, maintain a safe and clean environment, and promote independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and getting to and from activities and meals
  • Document the delivery of quality care in the patient's clinical record
  • Implement patient care that is appropriately documented; maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Identify changes in patient status or needs and communicate to the nurse timely
Requirements
  • Driver's License
  • High School Graduate / GED
  • Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
