Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of BCBA's and other clinical staff to provide evidence-based treatment for children with autism.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless integration of clinical and medical services.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure staff are equipped with the latest clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our clinical programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective clinical programs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
