We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Director at Blue Sprig Pediatrics Inc. As a Clinical Director, you will play a key role in shaping the clinical direction of our organization and ensuring the highest quality of care for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of BCBA's and other clinical staff to provide evidence-based treatment for children with autism.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless integration of clinical and medical services.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure staff are equipped with the latest clinical knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our clinical programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective clinical programs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
