Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Tacoma, WA. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Telemetry department. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemetry nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry department
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient information
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Washington
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in telemetry
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
