Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team on a 13+ weeks contract basis. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in an inpatient setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in medication management and therapy
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
  • Active CA license
  • EPIC EMR experience
