Role Overview:We offer various shifts (7a - 3:30p, 3p - 11:30p, 11p - 7:30a) for our Certified Nursing Assistants. As a vital member of our team, you will provide personalized care tailored to each resident's unique needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to care planning by sharing insights about residents' preferences and requirements.
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, transferring, ambulation, and communication.
- Ensuring the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident while delivering services with warmth and compassion.
A High School Diploma or GED and successful completion of a PA-approved Nursing Assistant Certification are prerequisites for this role.
We also provide opportunities for free CNA training and ongoing tuition assistance for those interested in pursuing a career in healthcare.
