Job Summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized programming, and providing high-quality services to clients with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, and other relevant tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized programming plans based on assessment results.
  • Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage data collection and record-keeping, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to clients and caregivers, promoting effective communication and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Experience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs based on ABA principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
