Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plant quality requirements are met while maintaining all safety standards. This includes conducting line audits and laboratory analysis of raw, in-process, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product QC analytical testing.
- Conduct audits on operating, high-speed production lines.
- Notify all appropriate parties of non-conforming product and take appropriate action to contain material/product.
- Actively participate in root cause analysis and support nonconformance investigations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Strong attention to detail – ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, including equipment, materials, and workflow.
- 1-3 years' experience in a quality laboratory and/or experience as a manufacturing quality inspector or floor technician preferred.
