About the Job
This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in clinical trials, research, and nursing. You'll be responsible for:
- Verifying study eligibility and enrollment requirements with source documents.
- Obtaining consent/assent for research participation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborating with pharmacists on drug inventory, storage, and monitoring requirements.
- Collecting and submitting study data within sponsor-required timelines.
- Participating in site selection visits, study initiation visits, and monitoring or inspection visits.
Education and/or Experience
To excel in this position, you'll need a degree in a science discipline or equivalent experience conducting clinical trials. Current professional nurse licensure in Texas and Basic Life Support certification through the AHA are also required. SoCRA or ACRP certification is required within two years of employment.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
