Join Our Team as a Facilities Maintenance Manager
Stellar Staffing, LLC is looking for a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department and ensure the optimal performance of our facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations and exceptional leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to guarantee the smooth functioning of all systems and equipment.
- Formulate and execute maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections of equipment, structures, and facilities to determine maintenance requirements.
- Supervise repair, installation, and maintenance projects.
- Keep precise records of maintenance tasks and inventory status.
Qualifications:
- Experience in light electrical work, light carpentry, light plumbing, and light HVAC.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership skills to inspire and direct a team of maintenance professionals.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in maintenance management is advantageous.
