About the Role

MV Transportation is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and Repair Issues: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair complex issues with vehicle systems and components.
  • Document Activities: Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities in our Fleet Management System.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Automotive or Diesel Mechanic Experience: A minimum of one to two years of experience in automotive or diesel mechanics is required.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Random Testing: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing.
