Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with our proprietary literacy-based approach, incorporating flexibility and creativity to meet the unique needs and interests of each child.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build strong relationships with families, school administration, and the community, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Implement our proprietary curriculum, utilizing a structured yet flexible approach to ensure instructional decisions are based on student interests and needs.
- Provide a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and school administration to ensure a seamless and supportive learning experience.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
- Complies with all state-specific education requirements.
- Must have one of the following:
- 12 Units in Early Childhood Education
- High School Diploma or GED and some experience with children.
