About the Role

The Charge Nurse RN Inpatient Rehab is responsible for coordinating and directing the care of patients in our inpatient rehab unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
